What kind of businesses is BookClose AI for?

BookClose AI is built for US small businesses that need bookkeeping, monthly close, reports, and focused email follow-up. It is not a personal budgeting or household wealth-tracking app.

How do I connect my bank account?

BookClose AI uses Stripe for secure bank connections. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts to link your bank account. Your credentials are never stored on our servers.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit. Your financial data is stored securely in encrypted databases, and we never share your information with third parties without your consent.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management portal or the payment processor used for your checkout. Access continues until the paid period ends.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. You can also contact us at support@ltgai.com to request account deletion.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export business transaction history and accounting data in CSV format from Settings > Data > Export Data.
